Local Luncheon

The Onalaska Alliance will be providing lunch for the

Green Thumb Day event on March 19, 2011

The regional menu will include sandwich, soup, desert and beverage.

The cost is $10.00 and is a fund raiser to support community projects.

Sandwich choices include:

Roast Beef

Regional grass fed roast beef sandwich with local greens and Rosecrest Farms herb and garlic swiss cheese.

Curry Chicken

Curried chicken salad with Shady Grove curry seasoning, local greens and fresh organic tomato.

Caprese Sandwich

Made with fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh organic tomato and local greens with Local Flavors signature pesto sauce.

All served on fresh baked artisan bread featuring Bob's Red Mill wheat.

Soup choices are:

Seasonal Vegetable and Beef

Vegetables from local farms and choice beef.

Split Pea and Yam

Hearty vegetarian version of the classic split pea and ham.

Soups are mad fresh the day of the event.

Desert of kiwi sorbet

Featuring kiwis from Burnt Ridge Orchards .

Beverages will include iced herbal tea, apple juice or water.

Please place your order before 9:00 am the day of the event at the registration area.
